If you come to regret your purchase (Right of Return)

You have 100 days right of return when you shop at
The period for return expires 100 days after the day you receive your product.
If you want to cancel the order, please use our included return guide that came with the package when you received your order. You cannot regret your order by simply denying the package.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and at latest in our hands 100 days upon receival. You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you want your money back.

When returning items, you are responsible for the goods being safely packed. You bear the responsibility from the time of delivery of the goods. Remember to get a receipt for shipment of the package.

Condition of the items upon return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the product’s nature, qualities and the way it works. In other words – you can try out the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but do not take it into proper use if you want a full refund.

If the product has been tried out in addition to as described above, we consider it as being used, which means that you if you cancel the purchase you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you can of course get the amount you paid us refunded. In case of a loss of value that you are responsible for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of return, we will refund payments excluding shipping, if done without delay and at latest at our warehouse again 100 days after receipt of parcel.

We will make such reimbursements using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have already supplied proof of having returned it.

If you enter your e-mail address or mobile phone number, you agree that we may contact you by e-mail or text message with information about your order. Note that you accept our privacy policy (”processing of your data”) when you use this website, including our use of cookies.


We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Complaints checks all items before shipping. The rules on deficiency in the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases.

When you shop at you get a 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the item repaired, replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. There is an additional 36 months’ warranty on selected articles. In our online store, products with 60 months’ warranty will have our visible warranty stamp.

The warranty does not cover the following complaint situations:

  • It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the fault is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I complain?

You must complain within ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim will always be in good time.

Use the attached form or print a new one at The more specific you are, the better we will be able to prevent the fault in future. NB! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for the posting so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
