DELIVERY

We usually ship the order within 24 hours. If you have ordered home delivery with GLS, you will receive your item within 2-5 working days depending on where in the world you live. If you are not at home when the item is delivered, GLS will deliver your package in the nearest parcel shop, after which you will be notified by SMS or mail where you can pick up your package.

IF YOU REGRET YOUR PURCHASE (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)

You have a 100-day right of return when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase by using our enclosed return instructions that came with you when you received your order. You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

RETURNS

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and reach us no later than 100 days after placing the order. When returning, the attached prepaid return label upon receipt of the item can be used. This is only attached to orders of min. 99 EUR valid for Denmark, Germany, Austria and Belgium. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS, WHEN RETURNED

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it on in a physical store, but not actually use it if you want the full amount refunded.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount excluding shipping, and provided there is no undue delay and that it reaches us no later than 30 days after placing the order.

We will make such a refund to the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

We share data (anonymously) about marketing and traffic on the website for educational use, for example the number of clicks on ads and the number of orders. No personal sensitive data is shared.

PERSONAL DATA AT PURCHASE

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with NORTHERN HUNTING ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. We will NOT send you e-mails or anything else without your explicit consent.

The person responsible for the webshop and the director have access to this information. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to www.northernhunting.com is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, except Trustpilot, and we do not record any personally sensitive information. We use Trustpilot.dk to collect buyer experiences. Information collected from Trustpilot.dk is not passed on to others.

As a customer of NORTHERN HUNTING Aps, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to NORTHERN HUNTING Aps via e-mail info@northernhunting.com.

Credit card information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information. If you enter your e-mail address or your mobile phone number, you accept that we can contact you by email or SMS with information about your order. Note that you accept our personal data policy (“processing of your data”) when you use this website, including our use of cookies.

KLARNA

We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order information to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna can manage your purchase. Your personal data that is transferred will be processed accordingly with Klarna's own confidentiality statement.

COMPLAINT

Northernhunting.com checks all items before dispatch. The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop at www.northernhunting.com, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. In addition, a 36-month warranty is added to selected articles. In the webshop, products with a 60-month guarantee will have our guarantee stamp visible.

The warranty does not include the following grounds for complaint:

  • It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

HOW FAST SHOULD I ADVERTISE?

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

When returning the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible. Use the enclosed form, or print a new one at www.northernhunting.com. The more specific you are, the better we can prevent the error in the future. You are also always welcome to call + 45 71 99 20 60, and together we can find the best solution.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

All trading on this website takes place in Danish, English or German.

COMPLAINT ACCESS

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@northernhunting.com or by phone + 45 71 99 20 60. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this have been met. The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
